Food for thought

You are what you eat is more true than you might realize. High performance cars only take the best fuel, high performance athelets do the same for their body.

Food has a remarkable healing attribute. Apples lower cholesterol and blood pressure, stablize blood sugar, block cancer, and kill infectious viruses. Bananas prevent and heal ulcers, lower cholesterol and keep your heart beating regularly. Carrots cut the risk of lung cancer, reduce the blood fats that cause heart attacks ans strokes, and help prevent colon cancer. There is so much more the list can go on forever.

Remember that your health is one of the most important things to you in this life. Without it everything else changes. Eat right, exercise, and have your spine worked on by your chiropractor. By doing those things you will feel healthier and happier. Life will be more enjoyable.
