Maximize your human potential

Is it possible to fully maximize your potential if you have a "pinched nerve"?  The answer is NO.  When a bone is out of alignment, it puts pressure on the nerves.  This pressure will slow down the nerves transmission and only work 80% effecient.  Is that full potential?  NO.

Chiropractic care will allow your body to reach it's max potential.

Plus, you can handle stress better when your spine is in line.  Stress is known as the silent killer, so we need all the help we can get.

Spring into Action with Chiropractic!

It's spring time again with summer right around the corner. Is your spine ready for the increased demand and load you are about to put on it?

Chiropractic should be part of your routine if you plan on working off those unwanted winter pounds. I can imagine that you wouldn't want to go on a long bike ride if your front tire wasn't aligned properly. Think about it, the front brakes would be rubbing against the tire rim causing more friction wearing the brakes down and creating fatigue earlier on, meaning less time out on the road burning those calories that really don't want to leave you.

If your spine is misaligned (subluxations, pinching nerves) injury is more likely. I always say preventative chiropractic care will save you more many than waiting until a BIG problem arises.

"If it ain't broke don't fix it"

How many of you have said in the past "if it ain't broke don't fix it"? I hear this all the time at health expo's, I heard this just the other day. What if all the professional athletes had this same mentality? The truth is; most elite athletes use chiropractic care to help them perform to their highest potential. Now, an elite athlete can perform at a higer level than most of the world's population. It is safe to say that their bodies are more perfect than the average joe. How much more do we need this care, being that we have less perfect bodies. Having everything aligned will enhance anyones quality of life. Tiger Woods is an advocate of chiropractic, along with Lance Armstrong and many more. BE MORE PROACTIVE IN YOUR LIFE AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEALTH AND YOUR FUTURE THROUGH CHIROPRACTIC!

Let's take care of our Back!!

Okay, it's about time to tell you about the imporants of taking care of you back. Every single function of the body is able to occur as the brain passes important information through the spine to communicate to the rest of the body.

When we have back pain that is the body trying to tell you there is a problem. When there are problems in the spine, the message from the brain to the rest of the body is being interrupted.

I can imagine that you have felt this before. Pain, aches, stiffness, and so on. Listen to the body before you have a more serious problem.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrom?

Have you been told that you suffer from Caral Tunnel Syndrome? If so, reading this may be the most important thing you've done this year. If you suffer constant, nagging pains in your wrist, then you must keep reading on. Most people that have been diagnosed with this syndrome still continue to suffer from it no matter how many MD's they go to or how many surgeries they've had.

Many Doctors don't really know how to treat your wrist pain! They might say "wear the wrist splint when the pain starts up and take these pills." and that's it. This could be a red flag for you that this isn't the care you need to get you out of pain quick!

Taking medications, wrist braces, and cortisone shots will never be a cure for getting rid of the problem once and for all.

Why is it that wrist surgery has a high failure rate?

Most doctors don't have the training and experience to detect the true problem. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is way over used. There are many different causes of numbness and tingling in the wrist and hand. If the doctor doesn't know the exact problem then their treatment won't work. Often times the surgery is being done in the wrong place and often times you may not have carpal tunnel syndrome at all.

Any kind of wrist pain can hinder your quality of life. Now, if you want to take care of this pain and needless suffering then call and make an appointment with Dr. Adam Poole.

His unique understanding of the wrist and the body can most likely help you get out of pain, drug free and surgery free. Helping patients avoid surgery is one of his passions in clinical practice.

Thanks for taking the time to read this post. This information can make a big difference in your quality of life. Yes, I'd like to reward you for diligently searching for answers to your wrist pain or that of a close friend/family member. Call for your appointment today!
