Staying healthy and young!
More and more people are living to be 100 years old, they are called "centurions". Now, most of us probally don't know how long their lifespan will be. What about your lifespine? You might reach the age of 100, but what will your spine be like?
Let's say you have two cars. One car you take care of and get the tires balanced and aligned. The other you neglect. Which car will be in better shape 10 years down the road? Which car went through more tires?
